Park Ave Residence in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, fuses the building’s industrial past with a refined, contemporary aesthetic. Once a Tootsie Roll factory, the space retains high ceilings and exposed brick, now paired with subtle modern finishes. Lumae Interiors crafted the interior design to balance form and function, creating a space that feels both timeless and inviting.
